Denver&CO. is a woman-owned event planning, production, and marketing company rooted in Denver, Colorado. We believe this city deserves better gatherings — and we're here to create them. From brand activations to community socials, we build experiences that leave people feeling like they belong.
It started with one great event.
Haleigh and Maggie met as co-workers — Maggie leading marketing and product, Haleigh leading events and brand partnerships. When they were tasked with throwing a work event together, it went so well they looked at each other and thought: let's do this again. And again. And again.
At that first event, they kept hearing the same thing from attendees: "It's hard to find community in Denver." They strongly disagreed. Denver is full of incredible people — it just takes the right spaces and the right intention to bring them together.
So that's exactly what Denver&CO. became — a company dedicated to helping businesses and individuals connect through community-driven events and marketing. Built in Denver. Built for Denver.
The women behind Denver&CO.
Haleigh Watts is a Denver native with a degree in Hospitality Management and a decade of experience in events, marketing, and partnerships. She specializes in brand and hospitality — bringing the kind of local knowledge and industry expertise that turns good ideas into experiences people actually show up for. With her creative vision and deep knowledge of brand marketing, she's who you want on your team when it comes to bringing your brand in-person. When she's not building the Denver&CO. empire, she's dreaming about her future animal sanctuary and perfecting her carbonara.
Maggie Berra holds degrees in Advertising and Cognitive Science and has spent her career helping B2C and DTC startups scale through strategic growth and marketing. A local content creator with 29K+ followers across TikTok and Instagram, she knows how to build audiences and tell stories that resonate. Originally from the Midwest, Denver won her over — and she's been helping it grow ever since. When she's not working on Denver&CO. projections, she is dancing at a concert, working on her first book, and tending to her garden.
